1. A £100.00 non-returnable deposit is required at the time of signing the contract to confirm the booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill which is payable 2 weeks before the wedding date.
2. All deposits are non-refundable, in the event of a date change or wedding cancellation for any reason.
3. Once a professional service is chosen or an order is placed and all necessary payments made, the sale is final and non refundable. No verbal changes will be accepted. Any schedule or order changes must be documented, submitted, and signed by both the contracting party/parties and J.I. Photography for confirmation and mutual authorisation.
4. Please allow four weeks from the date of your wedding for your first viewing of wedding proofs.
5. All photography work is done with the latest in Digital SLR camera equipment. No film photography will be done.
6. All proofs provided will not be colour balanced or touched up. Final prints will be colour balanced and adjusted.
7. Current rates are guaranteed to all orders received within six months of the wedding date.
8. This contract does not include photographic enlargements, albums, frames, or other accessories unless otherwise specified.
9. The length of time a colour photograph retains its original colour quality depends on, among other things, the environment in which it is displayed or stored. Photographic dyes, like dyes used in other products, can change with time. To preserve the longevity of your photographs store them in a cool dry environment away from direct sunlight and in an acid free archival album or mat.
10. All work is 100% guaranteed for photographic quality and craftsmanship. J.I. Photography shall not be held responsible for non performance due to mechanical failure, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond its control. The studio's liability is strictly limited to return of monies received.
11. COPYRIGHT: All negatives are the exclusive property of J.I. Photography. It is hereby agreed that J.I. Photography shall reserve all copyright privileges. Reproduction of the images in any form is strictly prohibited without written permission from J.I. Photography. We reserve the right to display any photographs made in conjunction with this wedding as samples of its work for the purposes of advertising, publication including both print and Internet. All photographs are copyrighted. It is illegal to reproduce professional photographs.
12. J.I. Photography is not liable for any damage to the original digital files beginning one (1) year following the wedding date.
